Our Warranty

2-Year Workmanship Warranty

At Bedrock and Cedar Structures, we stand behind the quality of our work. This warranty applies to labor and workmanship performed by Bedrock and Cedar Structures on residential projects, including concrete formwork, retaining walls, artificial turf installation, decks, fences, gates, and paver installations.

Coverage

We warrant that our workmanship will be free from defects caused by improper installation for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion. If a defect covered by this warranty appears within that period, we will repair or correct the affected work at no charge for labor.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Installation defects resulting from workmanship errors
  • Structural issues directly caused by improper construction methods
  • Repair of the specific defective work, performed by Bedrock and Cedar Structures

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Materials and products, which are covered separately under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Normal wear and tear from ordinary use and weather exposure
  • Damage caused by others, including other contractors, homeowners, tenants, pets, or third parties
  • Lack of maintenance, including failure to follow any care instructions provided at project completion
  • Acts of nature, including flooding, earthquakes, extreme weather, or ground movement not caused by our work
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Bedrock and Cedar Structures after project completion
  • Pre-existing site conditions not disclosed or not reasonably discoverable prior to construction

How to Make a Claim

  1. 01Contact Bedrock and Cedar Structures directly with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos.
  2. 02We will inspect the affected area to determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty.
  3. 03If covered, we will schedule repair work within a reasonable timeframe.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer named on the project contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This warranty is provided by Bedrock and Cedar Structures in addition to, and does not limit, any rights the customer may have under applicable law.
